  This company needs a quick course in customer service and customer relations. They provide a good product as a vendor but when it come to the follow up on their work, it stinks! they provided me a detailed quote for my fencing (over $700), but upon installation they realized that they mis-quoted there price by a measly $3.22 due to a different tax rate in my city. At the same time, they failed to leave the deck caps that cover the holes when the fence is removed. They agreed to drop the caps off at my house and I would send in the $3.22. I never received the caps.
  Finally - I left over 15 messages in a two month span asking for them to finish the job by providing the custom cap covers. They finally called demanding the $3.22 and that only after they received that would they provide the cap covers. The rep came by my office, and since I had the check on my desk, was told "let me get him for you." Their rep then stormed out of the office. A call to their office resulted in the most rude remarks i could imagine. I would hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
