  I ONLY GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE "NONE" ISN'T AN OPTION!
  
  I write this for my mid aged parents who have been working w/Tampa South RV and Chariot Eagle since January 2017 to get a custom built double unit built for their Florida property. They live in a gated community and before leaving in May 2017, they paid a moving company to move all of their furniture and belongings out of their home into a storage unit as they were told their new home will start to be placed on the lot in Sept 2017.
  
  They have been given excuses upon excuses since January 2017..."oh we are waiting on permits" or "we're waiting because the town permittee wants an extra beam to be used". All of which my parents patiently waited for or agreed to.
  
  After more excuses, I decided to contact Tampa South RV myself to inquire what the issue was. I was told by Ryan, son of the owner Gene, that Chariot Eagle is refusing to build the unit. But that the unit was "basically ordered". THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO KNOW BACK IN JANUARY!!!!
  
  I decided to contact Chariot Eagle directly myself. I spoke w/two very nice ladies, Kelly and Margie, who took two messages for me. However, I never received a call back from the salesman (Joe) that I was told would call me back.
  
  Day three of calling, I told Margie that I will be calling everyday until I speak w/someone. With that being said, they sent me through to the assistant for the salesman (Joe), named Heather. She informed me that they couldn't speak w/me because I wasn't the one purchasing the house.
  A phone call back to tell me that would've been nice! However, this was an easy solution...I did a conference call w/her and my mother.
  
  Heather informed my mother that they do not have any floor plans, other than the ones my mother drew up (which are amateur drawings mind you). She then stated that they sent floor plans to Gene at Tampa South RV for them to send to my parents (even though they said they had no floor plans for her). My mother, who is on top of this stuff, stated she never received the email. Heather stated she would contact Tampa South and have them email the plans to my mother. She did state that they can indeed make a double wide by using two units that are 44" long and 12' wide and put them together and they can offset them as my mother had requested.
  
  My mother received the floor plan and agreed w/them. NOW...the salesmen that originally placed the quote is no longer an employee and they won't honor anything!! And actually declined to build the unit!!
  
  They have waited 9 months and had been patient up until this point~~9 months of wasted time. They will have no place to live this winter other than staying home in the cold northeast. Florida is their life and to see them now have to suffer by staying home this winter is disgusting to me!!
  
  Your company should be ashamed of yourself. The worst customer service I have ever seen!! The BBB has also received the same complaint. And i will keep posting this complaint until there are no further social media platforms to post it on.
