  Booked a handicapped accessible room expecting something somewhat user friendly for someone with mobility issues. Not so.
  Checked in at front desk realizing there was no easy way to get from the parking area to the accessible rooms. When I asked about getting some help to get my bags to my room, was told it wasn't allowed. When I asked about using a luggage cart, wás told none were available.
  It took many strained trips from the car to my room. Fortunately, another guest saw me struggling and came to my rescue. From my initial check in to getting settled in my room took me almost an hour. With the proper assistance or better easement, it shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes.
  Room itself less than basic. Mattress cheap and thin and wasn't anchored so it moved. After a very uncomfortable night's rest, woke up to find myself hanging on for dear life to a mattress that was more than half hanging over the bed frame and on the floor.
  For anyone with a disability, do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.

  Location is good very central to Ocala. People complained of cockroaches and there are some but not actually too bad, after all this is Florida. I get their philosophy and appreciate the low rates.
